We are looking for an experienced Finishing Site Engineer / Supervisor for an existing building finishing works project in Dhahran.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of finishing experience in Saudi Arabia – Mandatory
- Must have completed at least 5 similar building finishing projects
- Strong experience in tiles, gypsum board, painting, plumbing, electrical and mechanical finishing works
- Supervise contractors, manpower, quality, productivity and progress against the project plan
- Strong contractor and supplier negotiation skills with focus on cost reduction
- Good knowledge of the Dhahran, Dammam and Khobar market, suppliers and subcontractors
- Follow up quotations, materials, deliveries and delivery notes
- Manage snag/punch list and ensure completion through final handover
- Valid Saudi driving license and own car are mandatory
