A new international 4-star hotel currently under opening in Makkah is seeking an experienced, motivated, and service-oriented professional to join its pre-opening team as a Housekeeping Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional to play a key role in establishing strong housekeeping standards and delivering an exceptional guest experience from the hotel’s opening stage.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, motivate, and develop housekeeping teams
- Thorough knowledge of housekeeping standards and professional cleaning procedures
- Good understanding of inventory control, including linen, amenities, cleaning supplies, and departmental materials
- Knowledge of applicable health & safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to maintain consistently high levels of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Fluent in Arabic, with good proficiency in English
