Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems
- Good command of the English language

- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn, develop, and grow professionally within the IT field
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor system backups
- Provide day-to-day technical support and follow up on IT-related issues
- Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure effective resolution
- Monitor the performance of computers and electronic devices
- Perform regular maintenance to ensure equipment remains operational
- Prepare reports and monitor daily and weekly IT tasks
- Support employees in the effective use of Microsoft Office and workplace technology
