A construction company is currently hiring a qualified and experienced professional to join their team as a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Engineer – NWC Approved.
Location
- Jeddah, KSA
- Al Qunfudhah, KSA
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and enforce HSE policies and procedures across construction sites
- Ensure full compliance with National Water Company (NWC) HSE requirements and project specifications
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits
- Perform risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Investigate incidents and prepare comprehensive HSE reports
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness training
- Monitor compliance with Saudi regulations, client requirements, and ISO standards
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in construction projects
- Previous approval/qualification with the National Water Company (NWC) is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Saudi HSE regulations and construction safety standards
- NEBOSH IGC is mandatory
- IOSH / OSHA certifications are an advantage
- Excellent reporting, communication, and leadership skills
Skills

- Ability to work effectively in construction site environments
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities
