Position Details
- Position: Sr. Mechanical Engineer (Site Office Tech.) as a Consultant
- Location: Obhur, Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Project: Residential Villas Project
- Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
- Joining: Immediate
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience (Don’t apply if less experience)
- Must Have: Minimum 5 years of experience in residential villa projects
Technical & Professional Skills
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical Building Services / MEP works
- Experience with HVAC-VRF System Specialist, plumbing, drainage, Water Supply, Smoke Management System, & Fire Fighting System
- Review and coordination of Design Drawings
- Strong Technical Sound Professional
- AutoCAD, Mechanical Design Tool Knowledge and MS Office proficiency
- Site supervision, inspection and quality control including SD, MAR, MIR, MOM, IPC, As Builts etc.
- Strong understanding of project specifications, codes and standards
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
