Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE / Safety experience
- Previous HSE experience in construction and energy-sector projects in Saudi Arabia is preferred
- Experience in Saudi energy, power, industrial, or major infrastructure projects is highly preferred
- NEBOSH certification in Occupational Health & Safety is required
- Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, hazard identification, and risk-control practices
- Ability to conduct site inspections and identify unsafe acts, conditions, and potential hazards
- Strong communication, reporting, coordination, and site-safety awareness
