Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related discipline.
  • Total professional experience ranging from 8 to 12 years in the electrical business.
  • Work experience within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia of at least 3 years.
  • Strong experience in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings for electrical works.
  • Experience in Low Current Systems of all kinds.
  • Good knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Data & Communication and other ELV systems is an important advantage.
  • Experience in reviewing charts, technical specifications, material submittals and method statements.
  • Ability to review quantities and BOQ tables and follow up on the work carried out on site.
  • Strong experience in project management and engineering coordination with teams, clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Good knowledge of the requirements of the Saudi Building Code (SBC) and related electrical standards.
  • Ability to follow up on testing, commissioning and delivery of electrical works.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Revit/BIM and project management software is a plus.
  • A valid professional registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers is preferred.
  • Strong skills in leadership, communication, problem-solving, and managing priorities.
