Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping operations, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, motivate, and develop housekeeping teams
- Thorough knowledge of housekeeping standards, cleaning procedures, and operational best practices
- Good understanding of inventory control, including housekeeping supplies, amenities, and cleaning materials
- Knowledge of applicable health & safety requirements and procedures
- Ability to maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence
- Fluent in Arabic, with good proficiency in English
