Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience within a hotel restaurant or premium dining venue
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Proven ability to train, develop, and motivate F&B service teams
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and operational controls
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
- Excellent understanding of food safety requirements and service standards
- Strong knowledge of budget control and cost management
- Results-driven mindset with a strong commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences
