Requirements
- Age below 40 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation & Control, Thermal Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in I&C or thermal engineering
- Previous experience in construction and site management is required
- Familiar with I&C drawings, including P&ID, wiring diagrams, installation drawings, and layout drawings
- Familiar with the following systems:
– Gas Turbine and related auxiliary systems
– HRSG (Heat Recovery Steam Generator) systems
– Steam Turbine and related auxiliary systems
- Good knowledge of I&C instruments, equipment installation standards, specifications, and construction requirements
- Ability to independently track the delivery status of I&C equipment and instruments
- Familiar with and able to identify I&C instruments, cables, installation materials, and related accessories
- Capable of conducting site quality inspections in accordance with drawings, specifications, and applicable standards
- Ability to identify construction issues, prepare records, and follow up corrective actions
- Capable of providing technical guidance and support to construction teams
- Strong coordination skills with contractors, vendors, and clients to resolve technical issues and support construction and commissioning progress
- Good documentation and technical file management skills, including the preparation and submission of technical and compliance documents
