- GCC Experience: Minimum 8 Years
Key Requirements
- Minimum 12+ years of overall experience in MEP engineering and project execution
- Minimum 8 years of GCC experience is mandatory
- Strong experience in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and related building services
- Experience in MEP installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover
- Ability to review MEP drawings, specifications, BOQs, and technical documents
- Strong knowledge of MEP coordination between different disciplines and other construction activities
- Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
- Ability to monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications
- Strong knowledge of applicable engineering codes, standards, and GCC project requirements
- Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills
