We are seeking a results-driven Cross-Border Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dammam and oversee regional transport operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Shipment & Delivery: Plan and monitor cross-border freight movements across GCC borders.
- Documentation: Manage customs paperwork, border clearance files, and driver documents.
- Tracking & Follow-ups: Provide real-time tracking updates to clients and internal teams.
- Order Coordination: Handle end-to-end booking and dispatching for international orders.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with operations, clearance agents, and drivers.
- Issue Escalation & Resolution: Resolve border delays and operational bottlenecks swiftly.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator / Supervisor.
- Experience in a trucking or transportation company is preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Languages: Strong written and spoken English & Arabic skills.
